At HSD Backdrops, we want you to love your studio setup; however, since our backdrops are printed to order, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully roll your backdrop to avoid creasing and place it back in its original heavy-duty shipping tube or box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping carrier to send the package back to our production facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the backdrop, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
