What materials are HSD Backdrops made of?
We offer a variety of high-quality materials including wrinkle-resistant fabric, durable vinyl, and professional-grade canvas, each designed to provide a matte, glare-free finish for photography.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our backdrops are printed to order. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, after which shipping takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Yes, we love custom projects! Please contact our design team with your specific dimensions or high-resolution artwork, and we will provide a quote for your unique backdrop.
How do I remove wrinkles from my backdrop?
For fabric backdrops, a handheld steamer or a low-heat iron on the reverse side works best. For vinyl, we recommend hanging it for 24 hours or rolling it tightly around a tube to smooth out creases.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are printed to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
